Wahhhh it's been a loooongggggggg time I haven't been here T.T

I know I did promised myself to write every Friday because kononnya I have A LOT of free time during lunch hour but mehhh. I would be either eating then sleeping for the rest of the time, or eating then watch 1-2 episodes of kdrama lol. *roll eyes*

Lots have been happening since my last post. But in short, I would say that I've became kind of like a new person(?). By that, I mean like umm evil? Definitely not a good transformation, for sure.

I used to be someone who had no heart to push people away, but nowadays, I tend to ignore and push people away, especially when I'm not in the mood to entertain/tolerate them. Of course, this doesn't happened all the time, but it does happen on occasional basis. And after that, I felt really bad to that person T.T

I'm sorry fwens, maybe I'm not in my right mind at that time T.T

But don't worry my friends, I am trying my best to contain my emotional rage, believe me. Maybe I can include this in my new year resolution hmm.

Anyway, enough of me babbling 'bout myself. I'm not gonna make any promises that I will visit here and write more often. But I'll try my best.

With that, I would like to wish you a happy new year (tho kinda late), and may this year brings you lots and lots of happiness!

Congratulations, BTS and (G)I-dle!

Okay so here I am again duh.

FIRST, I did finished writing this entry weeks ago and I have already posted it but but but due to my carelessness, I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE POST *cries a river*

SECOND, this entry was supposed to be published earlier last month, a day after BTS won their BBMAs awards and (G)I-dle's 1st anniversary (both fell on the same day). But yeah, back to my first point again T.T

THIRD, I stanned quite a few kpop groups but these two, BTS and (G)I-dle are my ultimate stanned group. This post is written to congratulate both of them on their recent achievements.

Let's start with BTS first.

This year, BTS was nominated in two categories for BBMA; Top Social Artist Award and Top Duo/Group Award. Previously, they have been nominated and won the Top Social Artist Award for two consecutive years.

This year, BTS is competing against Ariana Grande, Louis Tomlinson, and another two kpop acts; EXO and GOT7 for the Top Social Artist Award.

How to vote for your fav(s)? Well there are two ways, as explained in the pic below:

Tweet anything regarding your fav, and include this formula in your tweets:

As for Top Duo/Group, BTS was nominated alongside Imagine Dragons, Maroon 5, Panic At The Disco and Dan+Shay. For this category, we can't cast our votes as it's up to the committees to determine the award winner.

Oh, and did I mentioned that they performed their newly released song (at that moment), Boy With Luv? Because yes they did! And Halsey is performing together with them!

Halsey said that she had never danced officially, so this will be her first time. But our girl right here did an AMAZING job! Congrats Halsey! You've done a great job!

I tell you, Halsey and BTS has the sweetest friendship ever! Look at them, having fun at the backstage. Halsey is their girl! Halsey even gave each of them a friendship bracelet, to match with hers! Awwhh, isn't that sweet? :)

Alright, now let's go to my fav girls! Everyone, meet (G)I-dle! Dont ask me how to pronounce their group name, because we, Neverlands are also clueless lol. Sometimes we pronounced it as Gee-Idle, sometimes we just go by Idle hmm I don't know man. Girls, please educate us on this matter lol.

(G)I-dle debuted on 2nd May 2018 under Cube Entertainment, which also manages CLC, BTOB and Pentagon. You can read about the members' profiles here

Their debut song, Latata captures the hearts of many with its catchy beats and choreography. For me, Latata was a unique song that highlights their vocals. I was like, "Wow this group has a bright future, must stan them"

On 2nd May, the girls did a Vlive session to celebrate their first anniversary! Unfortunately, Yuqi was not with them as she has an overseas shooting. Vlive is a great app! If you're a kpop enthusiast, I recommend you to install the app.

Yuqi watched their Vlive from China! Awwhhh we miss you too, Yuqi Cutiepie!

1) Nana x Acap

2) Tashi

Tashi (Nama sebenar Masyitah) ni kawan sekolah menengah dari Sakba. Tak sama kelas pun, tapi sebab aku selalu lepak dengan dormmate aku (Mirarock) kat kelas dia setiap malam waktu prep, so rapat jugaklah dengan Tashi ni.

Kebetulan weekend tu aku memang balik Penang, alang-alang tu pergi je lah heheh. Lagipun dah lama tak jumpa kawan-kawan Trans.

And ni first wedding kawan Sakba yang aku pi. Sebelum ni ada lagi batchmate Trans kahwin, tapi tak dapat nak pergi sebab tak balik Penang.

Tahu lighting hancur. Tahu jugak muka macam potato dalam ni hmm. Tapi apa pun, congrats Tashi!

3) Elly x Hakim

Ni lagi satu Econs couple. Elly dengan Hakim pun dah lama jugak bercinta. Alhamdulillah dah selamat. #EconsxEcons

Aku rasa ni kali kedua aku attend wedding kawan dari HSBM. First, Mai punya kenduri masa tengah final sem dulu.

Eyqa ni kawan sekelas dulu. Lepastu aku pindah sekolah masa Form 4, so lama jugaklah tak jumpa dengan Eyqa.

8) Yana Ahmad

Yana ni pulak kawan aku dari UIA, tapi course lain. Dia dari HS. Kami kenal masa join jadi committee untuk Taaruf Week kat CFS dulu. Jodoh dapat satu bilik dengan dia heheh.

9) Fiefa Mahmud

Fiefa pulak kawan sama course tapi tak sama batch. Tak ingat macam mana boleh kenal, tapi rasanya sebab pernah ambik subjek yang sama kelas. 

Rasa terharu sangat bila naik stage nak ambik gambar, lepastu Fiefa layan macam kawan baik yang dah lama tak jumpa.

Dia tanya "Dah makan ke belum? Datang dengan siapa? Parking macam mana?" Both of them were very concerned about me when I told them I came alone.

What did I do to deserve a pure soul like this T.T

10) Najwa Jais

Mula-mula segan nak pergi sebab aku selalu gerak sorang-sorang kalau bab pergi kenduri orang. Nasib baik jumpa yang lain-lain kat sini.

Najwa pun kahwin sama Econs jugak, tapi suami dia batch senior setahun.

11) Khalilah x Haizaq

Ni pulak majlis sepupu sebaya aku, Ellah. Dulu kecik-kecik main sesama, sekarang dah besar, dah kahwin dah.

My first AirAsia In-Flight Meal

여러분 안녕하세요!

Harini nak cerita pasal my first in-flight meal masa naik AirAsia haritu heheh.

Kalau nak kira, aku baru 3 kali naik pesawat Air Asia ni. First time masa pergi Jakarta-Bandung dengan roommate sebelum grad (2017), kali kedua ke Kuching masa resepsi Nana (2018), dan yang terbaru, awal April haritu balik ke Penang.

Dua flight sebelum ni aku tak ambik meal pun sebab dah makan siap-siap sebelum naik flight. Tapi kali ni, aku tak sempat nak makan. Sebabnya, aku ada kelas gamelan sampai pukul 12 tengahari. Habis kelas, terus kena gerak ke KLIA2 sebab flight pukul 3:45pm. Aku kira-kira dari KLPAC (tempat kelas gamelan) ke KLIA2 ambik masa dalam 2 jam jugak perjalanan guna public transport. Tak sempat nak singgah makan kat mana-mana pun.

Dah alang-alang gitu, aku pun ambik je lah in-flight meal, walaupun KUL-PEN tu dalam 45 minit je lol. Kang berbunyi pulak perut aku dalam kapal terbang tu. Lagipun RM10.60 je harga dia, hmm okaylah kan. Aku book makanan ni dua hari sebelum flight.

Dalam beberapa minit lepas tanda "pakai tali pinggang keselamatan" tu off, ada pramugari mai tolak troli makanan. Dia panggil nama, then mintak boarding pass kita nak check. So here comes the exciting part; MY FOOD HAS ARRIVED!

My meal: Roast Chicken with Pesto Cream Sauce nyums.

How does it look? Omnomnomnom

What's inside?

1) Fluffy mashed potato

2) Perfectly prepped roasted chicken (bahagian dada)

3) Pesto sauce

4) Steamed carrots and broccoli (untuk melengkapkan piramid makanan gittew)

Kalau flight bawah 90 minit, diorang bagi air mineral dalam cup tu je. Kalau flight berdurasi 90 minit ke atas, kita boleh pilih sama ada nak kopi atau teh.

Mula-mula takut jugak nak try pesto sauce tu. Almaklumlah, warna dia hijau cenggitu kot-kotlah ada rasa pudina ke kan. Aku dah lah tak minat benda-benda berperisa pudina ni. (Sorry Jungkook and Hobi, kita tak geng bab mint ni//Oh just some BTS-ARMY thing)

Surprisingly, sedap gila pesto tu. Taktahu nak describe macam mana, tapi hmm sedap lah. Savoury, gittew tapi taklah pedas pun.

My verdict:

Taste: 5/5

Price: 4.5/5

Portion: 4/5 (Kalau flight 3-4 jam, mungkin kena ambik 2 pax baru cukup)

Okay so ni bahan-bahan dia. Mana lah tahu tetiba aku ada teringin nak makan ni lagi ke, boleh try masak sendiri heheh.

Orait so rasanya sampai sini je. Aku try jadikan habit untuk menulis on weekly basis, sebab rindu dah lama tak membebel kat sini.

Happy International Women's Day

Annyeonghaseyo! Walaupun dah sebulan berlalu, rasa nak jugak buat entri pasal International Women's Day (IWD) ni. Taknak cerita pasal tema/tujuan/origin sambutan ni pun, sebab semua tu boleh google sendiri kan, tapi nak cerita pasal sambutan IWD kat tempat kerja haritu.

So kisah dia start sehari sebelum IWD. Team organizer untuk sambutan IWD kat tempat kerja aku mintak tolong team Management Trainee (team aku lah tu) untuk tolong kerja-kerja preparation. Dari 5 orang MT yang ada, 2 orang je boleh turun tolong sebab yang lain ada meeting/heavy workload. Kami pun gigihlah angkat/tolak/susun kerusi sebab esok ada dua talk berkenaan women's empowerment apabenda entah tak ingat sempena IWD ni.

Lepas siap susun kerusi, kena tolong buat kerja-kerja quality control pulak. Kena check bunga ros, kalau ada kelopak yang dah layu tu, ha cabut je bagi dia nampak cantik dan fresh sikit. Lepastu, stapler kan notes kecik kat bunga tu. Bunga ros tu nanti dalam pukul 11 pagi, exco members akan agihkan kat semua pekerja wanita dalam Zurich. Kira macam surprise gittew. Tapi bagi aku, dia dah tak jadi surprise lah sebab aku yang tolong buat kerja-kerja stapler notes bagai kat bunga ros tu. Sampai kena balik lambat sikit tau.

Keesokannya pagi, exco members datang dan bagi bunga ros ni kat setiap staf perempuan di level masing-masing.

Ni bunga yang aku dapat

Mula-mula rasa biasa je lepas dapat bunga tu. Tapi lepas gegirls MT yang lain (dua orang je pun lol) tahu aku antara orang di sebalik tabir IWD, diorang cakap thanks kat dalam group. Entahlah, mungkin nampak biasa je, tapi aku rasa dihargai, so terharu lah sikit pagi-pagi tu heheh.

Anyway, tu je lah nak cerita. Kadang-kadang, kita tak perlu pun bagi hadiah mahal-mahal (contohnya tiket konsert kpop/belanja makan Me'nate/fully sponsored trip to Korea #eh) sebagai tanda penghargaan kat orang yang kita sayang. Cakap 'Terima Kasih' pun dah cukup.

SO APA TUNGGU LAGI GAIS, GO AND SAY THANKS TO YOUR LOVED ONES!

Last but not least, meet the general underwriting department. Yang tengah baring atas meja tu lah CEO General Insurance. A cool and funny person he is. Yang duduk depan CEO tu Chief Underwriting Officer, aka Bos Department Underwriting.

Me? Ada tu ha seketul potato terhimpit kat depan-depan tu hahah.

Hello? Are You Still There?

Hello!

Setelah sekian lama menyepi, akhirnya sis dah kembali hewhewhew.

Sedar tak sedar, dah masuk Feb 2019. Cepat je masa berlalu lol rasa macam baru semalam terkial-kial buat assignment sambil diselang-selikan dengan aktiviti menonton kdrama/menulis post di blog/meroyan pasal crush lol.

Entah apa yang jadi kat 2018, aku pun tak paham. Hampir tiada langsung post kat blog ni sepanjang tahun. Padahal ada berlonggok draf yang menunggu masa untuk di-publish heh.

Post terakhir aku pasal Life Goal 2018. Alhamdulillah, aku dapat apa yang aku nak tahun lepas, kecuali part update blog/clear draf wkwkwk.

So, dah masuk 2019 ni, patutnya aku dah ada plan untuk apa yang aku nak tahun ni. Masalahnya, aku tak boleh nak fikir lagi apa yang aku nak. Besar kemungkinan jugak tahun ni bakal berlalu tanpa sebarang resolution hahah sebab malas nak fikir ni. Entahlah, setakat ni kita go with the flow dulu lah. Tengok ke mana kita pergi.

Bayangkan, pergi KLCC pun bare face je sebab malas nak mekap. Ingat aku ada masa nak fikir azam tahun baru? LOL okbai gais. See you!
